The Heart of any ship is her crew. And the selection of the crew is the single most important decision that can be made on a film set. 

The crew is the foundation that any successful endeavor is built on and thus must be both skilled and experienced, focused yet fun, kind yet strong in spirit. Only those that are focused on safety and quality may come aboard.

All crew members are heavily vetted and chosen on a job by job basis to insure that they are the very best match available for the task at hand. 

When choosing a crew member, absolute emphasis is put on trustworthiness, attitude, and moral integrity.

There is no room for negativity, pettiness or unprofessionalism. We put our lives in each others hands daily and only those that have proven themselves are considered privateers.
